Shipping within the U.S: Zen Tiger Mind is a small business based in California, and we use standard shipping in the U.S. It can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order (not including weekends and holidays), depending on when you place your order. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. (PST) are processed the next business day. If there are unforeseen delays (with manufacturers, delivery services, or backorders), we will contact you; otherwise, please contact us immediately at info@zentigermind.com if you have not received your order in the estimated timeframe. 

International orders, please be aware that shipments from the U.S. may take 4-6 weeks for delivery and may incur additional tax and import fees. We have no control over this.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of of the purchase date for unused/unworn equipment and materials inside the U.S. For International orders, within 60 days. You must email info@zentigermind.com, fill out a simple form, and include the original proof of purchase in your return. All items must be included in original packaging: four mats, one banner, one guidebook, and a plastic bag with Velcro strips and sticky squares. We do not exchange products. If you have any other issues with our products, we encourage you to contact us immediately. 

Refunds for the Mental Power Station™, Mental Power Journals, or other company products are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your account after returned items are received and inspected for their condition. All items must be unused/unworn and included in original packaging. We will return the cost of the merchandise and shipping if the return is a result of our error or defective products.
